What are your rates for house cleaning services?
Prices for cleaning services are based on the size and condition of your house. We will gladly discuss your options over the phone and take the time to make sure you understand our cleaning process. Call us today to schedule a free in-home estimate!
Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
Happy Ladies cleaning services is designed to help us to be the most efficient. It would be great if you got the toys, laundry, and household items put away before our arrival, as this simplifies the process for us. Leave out fresh linens so we can change the bedding, and put the important papers and valuables away.
Can my animals be out while my house is being cleaned?
We love pets, and will be extra careful around them. Please let us know what kind of pets you have so we don’t accidentally startle them or let them outside. We recommend they be appropriately secured if there is a chance visitors make them nervous.
What if my cleaning team missed a spot?
Call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area, free of charge.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
Payment is due at the time of service. You may pay by credit card, cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal. If you are not home during our first visit, we will ask you for the full estimated cost, plus tax. On regularly scheduled visits, we ask you to leave payment on the kitchen countertop.
